The Heating/Air Conditioning Pre-Season Start-Up Maintenance Service will help you save on your utility bills
We will perform an inspection and cleaning of your heater, boiler or air handler to give you the best operation and performance of your system.
We will change the air filter, check the fan motor and check the evaporator and condenser coils for best air flow (low air flow may be caused by a dirty air filter or a blocked coil from not changing air filters regularly and this can cause your system to run longer and cause higher energy bills).
We will clean the burners on your heater or boiler if this is the system you have. We will check your refrigerant level for air conditioning and if needed your heat pump system. Refrigerant will be an extra charge.
We will give you an overall inspection report of your system including all heating/cooling systems. We also perform all other maintenance repairs such as heating/cooling/electrical/plumbing/general maintenance repairs/ all mechanical service.
